You will oversee a team of sales-minded patient care advocates.

ResponsibilitiesAfter the provider selects a treatment plan for a patient, it's your job to get the patient educated, hopeful, and started.
Ownership of patient outcomes including follow-up on insurance, patient scheduling needs, and overcoming patient concerns.
Lead and hold team accountable to company metrics.
Willingness to cross train and be the fallback for other roles in the clinic as needed.
Responsibility to be in clinic during providers work hours.

years of sales experience or marketing.
